Fans of Look Mum No Hands and their cafes-cum-cycle workshops will be delighted to hear that they’re now on the edge of the square mile.
The trademark cycling paraphernalia is almost absent, apart from cycle-themed art prints, so you won’t be able to get your fixie, errr, fixed. But you will be able to enjoy cakes, pastries, cooked breakfasts and brunches, and a range of craft beers.
Full English breakfast with Stornoway black pudding was about as good as brunches get, especially the spicy baked beans. Creamed mushrooms with truffle oil was a veritable umami-fest, and came topped with a perfect poached egg.
