Pizza Union is my go-to place for some quick sustenance before a bar or pub night, but it’s worth much more of your time. These are seriously good pizzas, and at the time of writing they’re mostly under £6 each.
There’s no faffing around here. You decide which thin and crispy delight tickles your fancy (I recommend the Rossa, with n’duja and pancetta), and stand in line at the counter to place your order.
True to the establishment’s ‘superfast’ claims, your pizza will emerge from the wood-fired oven with all due haste, ready for you to collect it from the pick-up point. Eat in at communal tables, or take away.
Savoury pizzas are all spectacular, but don’t miss the warm dough ring with Nutella mascarpone.
